This is what we emphasize at M&W. When you partner with us you
will be teamed with a lead customer service representative - CSR -
who will
become your advocate within our
organization. All incoming and outgoing
information is linked through your customer service representative.
Your CSR assumes
the responsibility
and has been empowered to alter warehouse
and transportation schedules in the interest of service to you and
your customers.
Each CSR has received the
training necessary
to utilize our
information technology tools
to manage your account. This includes our warehouse management system
(WDLS),
e-mail, the internet,
fax, and phone.
They have the information regarding
the status of stock, order status, dock schedules, appointment times,
and
transportation
status at their
fingertips. Our CSR's work for
you and handle your needs.
As an added feature, many of these items are available to
you online
via
the internet as either
real time inquiries or reports
that are updated per your needs. Either way, getting the right information
to
the right
person and at the right
time is our goal!
